Your contract begins when we confirm your booking by reference.
By making a booking you accept our terms and conditions.
All vehicles and trailers in access of the length given at time of booking will be surcharged at port.
Children under 4 travel free. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Children are classed between 4-15.
All bookings must be paid in full prior to departure date. We accept all major credit cards, cheques, postal orders and cash.
If no payment has been made 10 days before your departure date, we will be entitled to cancel your booking without notice to you.
If you wish to cancel, you will be entitled to a refund subject to cancellation charges. These charges will depend on the shipping company.
Amendment fees may be charged subject to type of booking.
Sailings may be affected from time to time. We will do our up most to keep you informed.
Any changes to bookings over and above the original booking will be surcharged at port, unless amended by us prior to departure.
All names, ages and gender must be given at time of booking.
Check in must be by the time specified. If you are later than this you may not be allowed to travel.
If you have any complaints please bring it to our attention straight away to try and resolve the matter as soon as possible.
Pets can travel in the vehicle during the time of crossing.
Please note that all our customers must also comply with the rules and regulations of the shipping companies.
